Their Madrid office is a growing hub for the EMEA sales organisation, and they're looking for an ambitious SDR Manager to lead the next chapter of their outbound growth story in the region.

The Role:
They're looking for an experienced SDR Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives based in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving pipeline generation across EMEA territories, coaching their team to consistently hit targets, and working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine outbound strategy.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on developing talent, optimising processes,



and hitting ambitious growth numbers in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organisation.

What They'll Do
Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline and meeting-generation targets
Own the outbound prospecting strategy — messaging, sequencing, tooling, and territory planning
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on idóneo customer profiles, campaigns, and lead handoff processes
Track, analyse, and report on team KPIs (activity, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and use data to continuously improve performance
Build a strong coaching cadence — call reviews, role-plays, 1:1s — to develop reps' skills and support career progression
Champion best practice in outbound sales tooling (CRM, sales engagement platforms, intent data)
Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and accountable team culture
