About The Role:

We are currently looking for a Marketing Graduate to join our Urology team and support the execution of key marketing and commercial activities across the division. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders to support the implementation of digital campaigns, congresses, courses, and events, while also contributing to important operational processes related to product availability, tender documentation, training coordination, and product lifecycle management.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:




- Support the planning, creation, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Provide logistical support for congresses, courses, and customer-facing events, including the coordination and shipment of commercial and promotional materials such as samples, stands, catalogues, and branded items.
- Coordinate the training certification process for healthcare professionals on innovative technologies, ensuring accurate follow-up, documentation, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the internal management of backorders by coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring product availability, and helping ensure timely communication to the relevant stakeholders.
