We are looking for a Procurement Technician to join our team in Madrid and support us in the procurement of Interior Design goods for the different projects of the organization.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Maintain regular contact with suppliers to request quotations and gather information on product availability, under the guidance of the procurement team.
· Help compare prices and delivery terms.
· Follow up on the status of orders and resolve any issues related to delivery times.
· Help review and organize procurement-related documents that involve taxes, customs duties, or import/export regulations.
· Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.




· Update the information on the data base of the company
· Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products across different categories
· Assist in tracking external shipments and work closely with the logistics department.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Business Administration, International Business, Purchasing, or a related field.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 year of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role.

SKILLS
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Negotiation skills.
