You will oversee Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation while driving operational excellence, digitalization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives. This role combines operational leadership with strategic transformation responsibilities in a dynamic international environment.Responsibilities:Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation operations across Spain.Ensure excellent customer service performance and operational reliability.Drive transformation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives.Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs.Manage logistics partners and support network optimization initiatives.Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity and logistics costs.Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Planning and Global Supply Chain teams.Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
