Position: BDR Internship – German Speaker

Location: Barcelona office (near Hospital Clinic) - Hybrid

Contract: Freelance, Full-time

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern, your main objective will be to support the sales team by identifying potential business opportunities, conducting market research, and helping generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities.

Responsibilities

- Work with innovative and fast-growing international technological companies
- Receive career growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving sector, and the chance to build valuable relationships across industries
- Support outbound prospecting efforts through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
- Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers to identify potential business opportunities.
- Assist in building and maintaining prospect lists within CRM systems.




- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
- Help develop personalized outreach messages and value propositions for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, College diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Interest in sales, business development, lead generation, or B2B marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting research and engaging with prospects through multiple channels.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or sales tools is a plus.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, consulting, or digital environments is a plus.
- Advanced level of German.
- Advanced level of English
