We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Unity Developer who is passionate about building high-quality mobile games and takes full ownership of complex gameplay features from concept to release.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering scalable game systems while working closely with designers, artists, product managers, and other engineers. We are looking for someone who can independently drive technical solutions, make architectural decisions, and consistently deliver high-quality code with minimal supervision.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex gameplay features, from technical design and implementation to testing, optimization, and release.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable gameplay systems in Unity.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, producers, and other engineers to transform game concepts into polished player experiences.
- Drive technical decision-making, balancing performance, maintainability,



and development efficiency.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented C# code following modern software engineering principles.
- Optimize gameplay systems, memory usage, rendering, and overall application performance for iOS and Android.
- Identify technical challenges early, propose scalable solutions, and proactively mitigate development risks.
- Debug and resolve complex gameplay, performance, and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards across the project.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and third-party solutions to improve development workflows and product quality.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve architecture, development processes, and technical best practices.
