About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Engineering Manager to lead and develop the Electronic Engineering discipline in alignment with product market requirements and the company’s long-term business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving engineering excellence across product design, development, systems engineering, and technology advancement. This role requires a strong leader who can establish engineering best practices, develop high-performing teams, improve processes, and ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality electronic products.

The Engineering Manager will play a key role in shaping future technologies, improving product development efficiency, and ensuring the organisation remains competitive within the engineering and technology landscape.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum BEng in Electronic Engineering and/or B.Eng Engineering Management
- Management training or equivalent qualification would be advantageous
- Previous experience managing an electronic engineering discipline team or technical team





Key Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of electronic design principles, production methods, techniques, procedures, and equipment
- Experience in the technical management of electronic product design and related engineering support functions
- Knowledge of resource allocation, and people management
- Strong understanding of Electronic Engineering and Technology within multidisciplinary product development and manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of firmware and electronics development lifecycles
- Knowledge of business and operational management principles
