What does the job look like?

As Team Leader at our National Distribution Centre in Somerton, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. From Receiving to Forklift, Picking, and Loading, you’ll lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your leadership truly matters.

This is a Monday to Friday role, working 2:30pm – 10:30pm. As part of the PM Shift roster, you'll also participate in a Saturday rotation for one four-week period each year, supporting operational coverage. Key areas:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, with a strong focus on safety,



customer satisfaction, and driving efficiency.
- Identify and address individual challenges, providing one-on-one support and creating opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with the Shift Manager to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Champion safety and compliance standards, while meeting daily operational requirements on time.
- Manage performance reporting and operational planning, ensuring accurate execution and continuous improvement.
