As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting global ethics and compliance initiatives while helping to strengthen third-party risk management and regulatory compliance across international operations. In this position, you will conduct due diligence reviews, assess compliance risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Accountabilities
- Conduct risk-based due diligence reviews on prospective and existing third-party partners, with a focus on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC)

- Document due diligence findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for review by compliance leadership.
- Support enhanced due diligence investigations, remediation activities, and risk mitigation efforts related to third-party concerns.
- Maintain accurate third-party risk records, compliance documentation, and related databases.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate onboarding, due diligence reviews, remediation actions, and ongoing compliance requirements.
