As SWE Area CI (Continuous Improvement) Lead you are responsible for the overall performance of the distribution center. You plan, organise staff, direct, and control all office and warehouse activities.



Assist senior management in establishing warehouse performance objectives and standards. You have accountability for achieving prescribed company objectives regarding costs, productivity, accuracy, and customer service. Responsible for managing all aspects of customer requirements including, but not limited to, inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, P&L; responsibility, rate requirements and development of incentive programs.
High frequency of business trips in the Area (other countries can be added) is expected to have a strong presence within all our sites.
