Assistant PMO – EY GDS Spain - Hybrid

The role focuses on providing operational, coordination and project management support across the full engagement lifecycle, helping teams deliver high quality work efficiently and consistently. This is a coordination and operations-focused role with strong emphasis on documentation, tracking and support activities to ensure project governance and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects using a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

· Ensure high quality coordination to support end to end project management activities.

· Enhance service delivery by ensuring deadlines are met, tasks are efficiently organised and proactive communication is maintained with engagement teams and stakeholders.

· Support project team meetings, track progress, and help manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.





· Monitor project budgets, assist in cost estimation, and ensure expense tracking aligns with the approved budget.

· Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare regular status updates for stakeholders.

· Facilitate collaboration across teams and assist in resolving blockers or conflicts to maintain project momentum.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

· At least 1 year of experience

· Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall.

· Ability to assist in managing scope, schedule, and budget with a focus on cost control and value delivery.

· Strong critical thinking, risk analysis, and issue resolution skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Highly organised, self disciplined and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
