Accountabilities

As a People Analytics & Automation Lead, you will be responsible for developing data-driven HR capabilities,



improving operational efficiency, and enabling better decision-making through analytics and automation. You will act as a strategic partner for stakeholders, helping define priorities, improve processes, and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct audits of existing People Analytics dashboards, reporting processes, metrics, and data sources to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain the People Analytics function by defining key workforce metrics, calculation standards, reporting frameworks, and analytical approaches.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy of calculations, and timely updates of dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Create analytical insights, forecasts, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Identify and implement AI use cases for workforce analysis, risk prediction, anomaly detection, and process improvement.
