For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for a Senior Concept Artist to establish and lead the visual direction for key assets in our project. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a unique and cohesive art style, creating high-quality illustrations, and defining guidelines that other Concept Artists will follow. Your work will help shape the visual identity of the game and ensure consistency across all artistic elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a distinctive and cohesive art style that supports the overall vision of the project.
- Create high-quality, detailed illustrations for a variety of assets, including characters, environments, and objects.




- Define and communicate art guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across all artwork.
- Collaborate with art directors and other teams to ensure the style is integrated seamlessly into the overall game experience.
- Produce quick sketches, digital illustrations, and paint-overs to support art direction and maintain visual coherence.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to other team members, ensuring their work aligns with the established art style.
- Plan, estimate, and prioritize timeframes for completing tasks, and track progress using designated tracking tools.
- Continuously refine and elevate the quality of artwork to push the visual experience forward.
