As a Technical Artist with strong 3D Generalist skills , you will play a key role in bridging art and technology, helping build high-quality optimized 3D content for immersive XR/VR experiences. You will work across multiple stages of the 3D production pipeline, combining hands-on 3D content creation — modeling, texturing, and asset preparation — with technical implementation inside Unity,



shader development, and optimization.
Model, texture, and optimize high-quality 3D assets including characters, props, and environments, ensuring visual quality while maintaining performance constraints for mobile VR platforms.
Build and maintain character pipelines including character setup, rigging, skinning, and preparing assets for animation and in-engine implementation.
Create character rigs, support facial rigs where needed, and work with animation assets to ensure smooth character movement and proper in-engine behavior.
Import, set up, and integrate 3D assets into Unity while maintaining efficient workflows between DCC tools and engine implementation.
Create and optimize custom shaders and materials inside Unity, with a strong focus on performance optimization for mobile VR devices.
