In this role, you will help deliver innovative, high-impact solutions to our clients. This is a home-based position with travel to client sites (up to 10%).ResponsibilitiesServe as a hands-on expert in Workday’s core integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Collaborate with clients to gather integration requirements and design, build, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable Workday integrations.Focus on delivering robust, secure, and efficient integrations that support HR and Financial business processes.Act as a technical reference point within the team, sharing best practices and mentoring junior consultants in traditional Workday integration tools and techniques.Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders,
ensuring integration solutions align with business needs and technical standards.Deliver high-quality integration solutions across multiple concurrent projects.Stay current with Workday’s integration roadmap and enhancements, with a focus on deepening expertise in traditional integration frameworks.Contribute to the financial success by maintaining high client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service across multiple concurrent projects.Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in HR and finance, using this knowledge to influence client outcomes and project success.RequirementsProven experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web ServicesStrong understanding of XML, XSLT, XSD, and web service technologiesFluent English skillsExperience deploying and supporting Workday integrations in a client-facing or consulting environmentFamiliarity with HR and Financial systems integration, ideally within WorkdayExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience mentoring or training others in Workday integration is a plusBenefitsWork-from-home settingExtensive training and development, including further Workday integration certificationsOpportunities to work on high-impact integration projects across diverse industriesPrivate medical careAbout Us – WorldwidersWorldwiders is a general B2B-oriented recruitment company that specializes in executive search and specialist recruitment worldwide.
