We are on the lookout for a CG Artist / Creative Retoucher to join our Design Department.

Responsibilities: Create high-impact promotional visuals through advanced photo manipulation and artistic retouching

Develop key visuals for campaigns, banners, and marketing creatives

Work with complex compositions, combining multiple elements into cohesive scenes

Perform artistic retouching: lighting, color grading, atmosphere, effects

Enhance 3D renders and integrate them seamlessly into promo creatives

Bring ideas to life based on briefs, references, and abstract concepts

Collaborate with designers, 3D, and motion teams to deliver strong visual concepts

Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms





Maintain high level of detail, style, and visual storytelling Requirements 2+ years of experience in creative retouching / CG art / promo design

Strong portfolio with promotional creatives and key visuals

Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop

Strong sense of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling

Ability to create atmospheric and sales-driven visuals

Experience working with 3D renders and compositing

Attention to detail and ability to polish visuals to high-end quality

Fluency is Russian Nice to have: Experience in performance marketing

Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.)

Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D)
