If you want to know more about us go to GMV websiteWHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?You will join a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the design and evolution of ground segment infrastructures for satellite missions. We work with institutional and commercial customers (e.g., ESA), defining, analysing, and developing technical solutions that support complex mission architectures. In this context, ground stations and antenna systems are critical elements to ensure robust, high-performance communication links between space and ground assets. We are looking for an antenna systems specialist to strengthen our technical capabilities in this domain.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical definition and analysis of ground antenna systems for satellite communications (TT&C;, payload data, feeder links, etc.).Contribution to the design and evolution of ground segment architectures, with a focus on antenna subsystems.Performance analysis, including link budgets, RF chains, pointing accuracy, tracking performance, availability, and redundancy concepts.Definition and review of technical requirements related to antenna systems.Preparation and maintenance of engineering documentation (design documents, ICDs, technical notes, analysis reports, etc.).Technical support during procurement, integration, and validation activities of antenna systems.Participation in technical reviews with customers and subcontractors.Contribution to technical proposals and feasibility studies.Collaboration with other engineering domains (ground segment subsystems, networks, cybersecurity,
deployment, etc.).WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?We are looking for experts in Antenas: Hands-on experience in the design, specification, integration, or validation of ground station antennas.Solid understanding of RF fundamentals and satellite communications.Knowledge of ground station antenna architectures (reflector antennas, tracking systems, radomes, RF chains, etc.).Knowledge of antenna control units and tracking systems.Experience in space sector projects (institutional or commercial).Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., ECSS) and the space project lifecycle.Knowledge of systems engineering and requirements management.Good level of English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Hybridworking model and 4 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.Flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours Fridays and insummer.
