In our mission to lead the transformation of the energy market, we are currently looking for a Data Cener Developer to support our Data Centers Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and developing large-scale direct-connection opportunities involving data centers and other energy-intensive customers. The role will cover the full development cycle, from opportunity identification and commercial structuring through to development readiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- As part of the Data Center Department this position will be accountable for the following tasks:
- Originate large-scale direct-connection opportunities with external data center operators, industrial companies and other energy-intensive customers.
- Understand customers’ energy, site and infrastructure requirements and design tailored commercial and technical proposals. Lead commercial negotiations with industrial customers and Data Center operatorsand other relevant counterparties...
- Secure suitable sites and land rights for those projects, through FRV local development teams, brokers and advisors, overseeing site screening, land control and key real-estate and technical due diligence.
- Coordinate grid and direct-connection solutions, preliminary engineering, environmental studies, interconnection, permitting and other development activities through internal and external resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, engineering, legal, commercial, finance and external advisers,



to ensure projects progress in line with their agreed objectives and timelines.
- Support the preparation of project business cases, development budgets, risk assessments and internal investment-approval materials.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERTISE:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant field
- Post-graduate degree at Master’s level in Renewable Energy or equivalent would be an advantage and a multidisciplinary background an asset.
- +7 years of demonstrated experience in originating and developing large-scale energy or infrastructure opportunities, preferably involving direct connection renewable projects, site selection, land acquisition or utility engagement.
- Strong understanding of commercial energy structures, including PPAs, , grid connection, storage and electricity-price risk allocation.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
