What you'll do

- Provide on-site deskside support to end users.
- Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Support Windows devices, laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Perform hardware replacements and device upgrades.
- Support Windows 11 deployments and imaging activities.
- Manage inventory, asset tracking, and hardware requests.




- Coordinate equipment shipments and vendor deliveries.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

What we're looking for

Mandatory

- Experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, IT Support, or EUC environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticket management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
- Windows 11 imaging and deployment experience.
- Asset and inventory management experience.
