In this role, you will drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent initiatives within a dynamic industrial environment. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.Your role, your impactTranslate business strategy and objectives into effective HR action plans and people initiativesAct as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to management teams on organizational, people and leadership mattersSupport organizational design and lead change management initiativesDrive the implementation of labour relations strategies and employee relations programsLead workforce planning activities, defining staffing and resourcing needsEnsure the successful deployment of key people processes, including Performance Management, Salary Reviews, STI schemes and People ReviewsMaintain the accuracy and quality of HR information systems and people dataLead payroll processes and oversee time and attendance managementYou’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management, quality and business functions, solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.What you bring Degree in Business Administration,
