Managing multi-tenant, configuration-driven pipelines that adapt to varied client requirements.Reliability: Ensuring continuous uptime through automated QA, validations, and proactive monitoring.Quality: Implementing sophisticated business logic checks to maintain a "Single Source of Truth."Governance: Orchestrating complex event-driven and scheduled workflows while upholding stringent data security and compliance.Collaborative Approach:"Data Is Our Product" – We function as strategic partners:With Product Teams: To collaboratively define and refine features that address real-world challenges.With Software Engineering: By establishing clear Data Contracts to ensure seamless integration with the core application.With ML & Data Scientists: To engineer high-performance datasets crucial for transforming raw data into measurable AI impact.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.Implement and enforce data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms to ensure data integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science, to define and deliver data solutions.Optimize data workflows for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.Contribute to the evolution of the data infrastructure and advocate for best practices in data engineering.Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data availability and accuracy for AI models and decision intelligence.RequirementsWe are seeking individuals at various experience levels for this role. Your responsibilities will align with your experience.Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for specific datasets,
