In this senior leadership role, you will head the PV Medical Writing function, ensuring compliant, high-quality deliverables for pharmacovigilance. You will lead a growing team, drive inspection readiness and continuous improvement, and provide strategic medical writing guidance to clients and project teams. You will support business development, manage resources and budgets, and uphold strong client partnerships. You will represent the organization in industry forums and professional activities, shaping PV writing strategy and standards.

• Provide strategic PV medical writing expertise to clients, internal stakeholders, and projects
• Support business development activities including proposals and client engagements
• Oversee departmental resources, budgets, and operational performance
• Review regulatory safety responses and contribute to RMPs, aggregate reports and other deliverables
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service
• Represent the organization externally through industry engagement and publications
