Experteer Overview
In this role, you will develop and maintain AI-assisted utilities to index repositories, summarize code, extract dependencies, parse logs, and generate documentation. You will support senior engineers in configuring AI development environments, testing prompts, and evaluating model outputs, while documenting repeatable SDLC usage patterns. You will create scripts and lightweight services that connect Git repositories, CI/CD logs, issue trackers, documentation stores, and internal model endpoints. You will help prepare handover materials and contribute to evaluating open-source and enterprise AI models, documenting strengths and risks. You will participate in reviews to improve AI-generated成果

• Support senior engineers in configuring AI development environments, testing prompts, and comparing model outputs
• Create scripts and lightweight services connecting Git repositories, CI/CD logs, issue trackers, documentation stores, and internal model endpoints
• Prepare handover materials including codebase summaries, service notes, build observations, glossary entries, and structured evidence templates
• Test open-source, open-weight, and Chinese coding models in approved environments and document strengths, limitations, risks, and usage guidance
• Participate in reviews with senior engineers to validate AI outputs, correct inaccuracies, and improve workflow quality
