Experteer Overview
In this role you will be part of the Finance team in Barakaldo, delivering accurate financial insights to support decision-making. You will produce management accounts, KPIs, and variance analysis, while partnering with cross-functional teams. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, plus Mu0026amp;A activity and system/process improvements. You will contribute to a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement within a purpose-driven organization. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Prepare management accounts with schedules, KPIs, variance analysis and commentary
• Deliver regular reporting for assigned business units (weekly to annual)
• Support budgeting and forecasting aligned with business objectives
• Conduct financial analysis including cost, profitability, and performance tracking




• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights
• Contribute to Mu0026A activities and system/process enhancements
• Support continuous improvement of reporting tools, processes and data accuracy
• Undertake other finance-related responsibilities as required

Responsabilidades
• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS and/or GAAP)
• Solid analytical skills to interpret and communicate financial data
• Advanced Excel skills and strong digital proficiency
• Fluent English (minimum B2)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
