We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our team in Madrid and Barcelona.

We're partnering with a Series (A) AI company building products that help large organisations automate and improve their hiring and operational workflows. Its customers span industries including hospitality, retail, healthcare, and staffing, using AI to solve real business challenges at scale.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer , you'll work at the intersection of engineering and customer success, helping enterprise customers implement AI solutions that deliver measurable impact.
You'll collaborate closely with customers to understand their workflows, configure and deploy AI systems, solve technical challenges, and turn business problems into scalable technical solutions.
You'll also work alongside Product and Engineering teams, bringing customer feedback back into the product.
About the Role:
- Deploy and customise AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows
- Build integrations and optimise existing systems
- Work closely with customers throughout the deployment process
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance
- Help turn successful customer implementations into reusable solutions
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building production-ready applications
- Comfortable working directly with customers or stakeholders
- Experience with APIs, cloud technologies and modern development practices
- Backend development experience (Java, Python, Go or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent English and Spanish
