Marbella Design Academy is looking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate Graphic Design Tutor to join our friendly, supportive and dynamic academic environment.

We are looking for a practising designer and enthusiastic educator who can inspire and support our students while contributing positively to the creative culture of the Academy.

The Role

As a full-time Graphic Design Tutor, you will work closely with students across different areas of contemporary graphic design, combining strong practical knowledge with an enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring.

You will

- Deliver engaging and professionally relevant graphic design teaching.
- Guide and support students throughout the development of their creative projects.
- Encourage experimentation, critical thinking and strong conceptual development.
- Provide constructive and supportive feedback.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and inspiring studio culture.
- Work closely with other tutors and members of the academic team.

We Are Looking For The successful candidate should have:

- A strong background in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.




- A very good level of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when working with students.
- A genuine passion for design, creativity and education.
- Good professional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Confidence working in a Mac-based environment.
- A friendly, approachable and supportive personality.
- The ability to motivate students while maintaining high creative and academic standards.

Particularly Valuable Skills

Experience or knowledge in the following areas would be highly desirable:

- Motion Graphics
- 3D Motion / 3D Design
- Animation and moving-image design
- UX/UI Design and interactive design

We do not expect one candidate to specialise in every area. We are particularly interested in someone with a strong graphic design background who is curious, adaptable and enthusiastic about the evolving nature of the discipline.
