Important Note: This role is only remote in Greece, working from another country is not an option. Relocation is supported by the company. About The Role As a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will support business customers using one of the world's leading online platforms. You'll assist then customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional customer support
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing comprehensive support.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Continuously learn new tools, products, and processes.

What We're Looking For

- Native or near-native German (at least C1f).
- Fluent English.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.




- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
