The role supports month-end and year-end closing activities, balance sheet integrity,



and continuous process improvement within a shared services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general ledger accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.Execute month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance with established deadlines.Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications.Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate/resolution of outstanding items.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies, providing recommendations for corrective actions.Collaborate with local finance teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and explanations.Participate in process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain up-to-date process documentation and work instructions. A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger accounting, or a similar finance function.Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS knowledge is an advantage).Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Experience in month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation processes.Key SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process efficiencies and automation opportunities.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
