You will have a sense of autonomy and job ownership.We are looking for someone with a high level of service focus and customer-first mentality who wants to grow their career alongside the rest of the business in the region.What You'll DoInteract with internal clients to help to resolve all levels of IT-related issues and provide answers promptlyEvaluate and test new technologies (hardware/software)Build and maintain vendor relationships, manage the purchase of hardware and software products and ensure that company assets are maintained responsiblyManage and deploy corporate PCs/MacsNew hardware configurationMachine image maintenanceDiagnosis and repairCoordinate warranty repairsManage Zoom systemsMaintain inventory and IT asset data (serial numbers, software keys, locations,



etc.)Shipping, recycling, and disposal of computers, peripheralsAssist in the management of hosted IT applications (Okta, Google G Suite, Fleet, Zoom, MS O365 etc.)General IT routine tasks including:IT account management for on-/off-boarding of employeesDiagnosing and repairing end-user IT devicesIT ticket managementResolve escalated technical IT mattersRequirements4+ years of professional experience in desktop support, IT infrastructure engineering, or similar IT rolesEligible to live and work in SpainExcellent verbal and interpersonal skills in EnglishAble to travel cross-region (<10% travel time expected)Nice to HaveSpanish language skillsCertificate(s) of CCNA / CCNP / CMNO /MCSEProfessional experience in supporting MS Windows and/or Mac OSKnowledge of general IT security controls and best practicesExperience documenting IT applications and training usersPrevious experience managing/mentoring colleaguesPrevious working experience in a global organization across multiple regions & time zonesDegree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplineInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
