Barcelona | Hybrid ModelMorgan Philips Executive Search is looking for a Social Media Strategist to join a leading company in its sector, currently undergoing a significant transformation and growth journey, where you will actively contribute to shaping and developing the brand’s global digital strategy.We are seeking a candidate with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, capable of leading cross-functional projects, coordinating agencies and international stakeholders, and driving social media, engagement, and digital reputation initiatives within a dynamic and international environment.This role offers exposure to multiple international markets and involves close collaboration with Communication, Customer Care, Marketing teams, and external agencies.What will your mission be?You will play a key role in bridging Social Media strategy with day-to-day execution, leading high-impact initiatives, coordinating internal and external teams, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all markets.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a point of reference during high-visibility situations or social media and digital reputation crises, coordinating the various teams involved and ensuring agile responses aligned with the brand strategy.Contribute to the definition and evolution of the global Social Media strategy.Lead cross-functional projects with an impact across different international markets.Coordinate external social media, content, and influencer marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and other key business functions.Oversee the day-to-day execution of social media activities and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards.Lead influencer marketing initiatives, events, and brand activations.Analyse KPIs, interpret performance data, and prepare executive presentations for different levels of the organisation.Identify trends, opportunities,
