Experteer Overview
In this role you perform inspections on subassemblies and finished Alstom products, contributing to quality and safety across the production site. You document NCRs, maintain records, and ensure calibration of critical equipment. You’ll work with industrial teams to mitigate risks, stop production if defects require rework, and support the improvement of IQ-related processes. This position offers exposure to railway standards and NDT practices in a integral mobility leader.

• Perform inspections of subassemblies or finished products according to defined criteria
• Contribute to site improvement actions and IQ-related programs
• Accept or reject products per working instructions
• Document NCRs and inspection results accurately
• Maintain controlled documents and test records
• Ensure correct calibration of inspection equipment
• Assist writing/updating inspection procedures, protocols and checklists
• Evaluate problems and provide initial corrective action recommendations (RCA)
• Collaborate with industrial teams to flag risks of missing parts due to defects
• Record inspection results in industrial tools as required
• Report synthesis of inspection results and KPIs to Industrial Quality Managers
• Stop production in case of a defect requiring mandatory rework
Responsabilidades
• 1-2 years of experience applying NDT visual inspection
• Knowledge of NDT VT techniques; PT, MT desirable
• Knowledge of railway industry norms/certifications
• Quality/audit experience appreciated
• English technical understanding
