Job PurposeImprove the efficiency and quality of the production process with TPM methodology, together with the Production, Technical, Engineering/Maintenance and Quality Departments.Job Dimensions & ScopeSite AF Alzira: 300 FTEs, revenue 130 MPart of a 7-BU local teamDirect reporting line to Opex Manager.Principal AccountabilitiesImplementation of Continuous Improvement tools in a continuous production process of automated rotary production.Application of methodologies of Analysis and problem solving.Training for members of the production teams.Leadership and/or support in improvement meetings.Data Analysis.Implementation of minor projects and reapplication of improvements.Qualifications/RequirementsFormal Qualifitacions and Experience needed:Technical/Industrial Engineering.2-3 years in similar position in Continuous Process Industry, or Food.Advanced English (B2).Office, Power BI,



SAP.Desirable Technical Competencies:Knowledge of TPM/IWS.Project management,Change management,Root cause analysis.
