? HEAD OF FINANCE | INTERNATIONAL SCALE-UP | BARCELONA

We are partnering with a fast-growing international Scale-up headquartered in Barcelona , with operations across three continents , to identify a Head of Finance who will play a critical role in the company's next stage of growth.

This is not a traditional Finance leadership position.

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded finance leader who is comfortable moving between the numbers, the business and the investment community.

? The challenge

Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the Board of Directors and shareholders , you will take ownership of the Finance function and help build the financial infrastructure required to support the company's international growth.

Your scope will include

▪️ Leading Finance across multiple countries and legal entities

▪️ Driving budgeting, forecasting, FP&A; and long-term financial planning

▪️ Building high-quality reporting and dashboards for the Board and investors

▪️ Managing relationships with Private Equity / Venture Capital funds and institutional investors

▪️ Driving cash-flow, working capital and profitability management

▪️ Supporting fundraising, M&A;, due diligence and strategic investment processes

▪️ Professionalising Finance processes, systems and controls as the business scales

▪️ Acting as a true business partner to the CEO and Executive Team





▪️ Building and developing a high-performing Finance team

? What are we looking for?

A senior Finance professional with:

10+ years of experience , ideally gained in a high-growth, international or PE/VC-backed environment.

Experience as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Deputy CFO or CFO .

A proven track record of Board exposure and direct interaction with investors and Private Equity / VC funds .

Strong capabilities across FP&A;, financial modelling, cash management, reporting, governance and strategic finance .

Experience with fundraising, M&A;, financial due diligence or value creation initiatives will be highly valued.

And, above all, someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach .

Someone who can challenge the business when necessary, understand what drives value and turn financial data into decisions.
