Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own product vision and delivery for sales compensation and platform initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate programs that optimize sales operations, enablement, and platform delivery. You will work hands‑on with the WXP platform modules and ensure accuracy in credit-related workflows and billing processes. You will drive alignment across vendors and manage backlog and partner programs to deliver measurable impact. This is a hands‑on, strategic role in a fast‑moving environment.

• Own product ownership across sales compensation, enablement, and platform delivery initiatives
• Coordinate cross‑functional programs and backlog across multiple vendors
• Work with WXP platform modules (Customer Master, Product Master, Subscription)
• Ensure credit accuracy via SFDC MDM integration and related processes
• Oversee MSP entitlement flows, partner tier management, and transactional billing workflows




• Manage dual‑program backlog and cross‑vendor coordination to deliver releases

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, sales compensation, sales enablement, platform delivery, and cross‑functional program coordination
• Strong knowledge of Sales Compensation rules (New vs. Renewal, Quota, Credit)
• Hands‑on experience with the WXP platform (Customer Master, Product Master, Subscription)
• Experience with WXP‑led sales enablement, transactional upfront billing, SFDC MDM integration for credit accuracy
• Knowledge of MSP entitlement flows, partner tier management, and cross‑vendor coordination
• Certifications in Product Ownership, Agile/Scrum, Salesforce, Sales Operations, or enterprise platform management are preferred
