Logista has a team of highly qualified professionals comprising more than 8,000 direct employees and 15,000 collaborators, focused on offering their clients a service that is both efficient and adapted to their every necessity.Your roleAs HRBP you will join a multidisciplinary team who work on a day to day basis with the HR COEs to develop and implement policies and actions to support the business.Functions:Be in charge of the planning, design and evaluation of HR related initiatives that support the immediate and future organisational strategic goals.Responsible for developing, human capital management policies within a multicultural and dynamic environment.Building strong relationships with key business stake holders, through fully understand their key business performance issues,
