What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

- Plan, organise, and manage projects, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, scope, and constraints.
- Oversee project execution on a daily basis, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery.




- Ensure delivery of high-quality results within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Manage and optimise the use of allocated resources.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track progress, manage tasks, and report on performance.
- Support and improve PPMO processes, governance frameworks and project management methodologies.
- Assess project maturity and compliance against established project management standards (PM², PRINCE2, Agile).
- Support project managers in the preparation and review of project management artefacts and reports.
- Maintain project portfolio reporting, risk tracking and status monitoring dashboards.
- Develop and maintain PPMO tooling and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint and Jira.
- Support IT Governance processes and change control activities

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

- 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management Support, Project Governance or IT Project Management.
- Certification in Project Management (PM2 or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects in complex environments.




- Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience using project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
- Experience supporting PMO/PPMO or project governance activities.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- EU nationality or eligibility to obtain EU security clearance.
