✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

- Own end-to-end ITIS solution architecture including scope, services, transition, and operations
- Act as design authority ensuring alignment across teams and subject matter experts
- Maintain solution integrity and governance across RFP/RFI lifecycle
- Define Target Operating Model (TOM), service catalog, and delivery framework
- Design ITIL-based service processes including incident, change, problem, and service request
- Lead multi-tower architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center, and security domains
- Drive transformation roadmap including automation, consolidation, and cost optimization
- Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions and support presales activities

- AWS, Azure, GCP
- Microsoft 365, Intune, VDI/DaaS
- SD-WAN, SASE, LAN/WAN
- ITSM tools and automation platforms
- Observability and endpoint management tools
- Backup and data center technologies
- Zero Trust security and SOC frameworks
- Identity and access management solutions
