We are now expanding our brands MIAMIO and Tortillada into new European markets. As a team, we work hands-on, move fast, and make decisions quickly.

This role is for someone who is junior in title, but not in drive. We are looking for a high-motivation, high-ownership person who wants to learn fast, take responsibility early, and turn ideas into visible improvements.

About the Role

Hands-on experience working directly inside Shopify is required for this role. You should already be comfortable navigating Shopify Admin and working with products, collections, content, and themes.

You will be part of our Shopify team, contributing to day-to-day execution across Shopify, CRO, SEO, international expansion, and performance marketing. You will work closely with our Ecommerce Growth Manager and colleagues across content and design, while taking ownership of your own tasks, ideas, and results.

What You'll Do

Ecommerce & CRO

- Ship fast updates across our Shopify stores — products, landing pages, and site content
- Dig into key metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and revenue to uncover growth opportunities
- Drive CRO tests across product pages, collection pages, and checkout to push conversion higher

SEO

- Own keyword research and on-page SEO to boost how our pages rank in search.
- Optimize content, page structure, meta data, and internal linking as we expand into new markets.

International Expansion

- Drive the rollout of SEO, CRO,



and campaigns across Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, and France.
- Hunt down growth opportunities across markets and act on them fast.

Performance Marketing & AI

- Get hands-on with Google and Meta Ads campaigns, from setup support to reporting and optimization.
- Dig into performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate, and push for constant improvement.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, content workflows, reporting, testing ideas, and daily execution.

What We're Looking For

- Practical experience in—or a strong understanding of and genuine interest in—transactional ecommerce and online store performance.
- At least one year of hands-on experience with Shopify, or substantial experience with another ecommerce platform.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Good understanding of ecommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Basic SEO knowledge and a strong interest in learning more.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
- Degree in marketing, business administration,



ecommerce, communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have

- German language skills are a plus. Spanish, French, or Italian language skills are also welcome.
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Exposure to international ecommerce markets or market localization.
- CRO or landing page optimization experience.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Google Search Console.

The Details

- Barcelona - hybrid.
- Contract: fixed-term contract with possibility to extend.
- Salary: EUR 24,000-30,000.
- Start date: August-September 2026.
