That's your opportunity! At UPL we are looking for a Marketing & Market Intelligence Trainee to join the Iberia Marketing Department . The person will be based in Barcelona and will support marketing initiatives, digital communication, market intelligence, data analysis and project follow-up, working closely with the Iberia Marketing team and other local and international stakeholders. - Support the implementation and follow-up of marketing and communication initiatives, both digital and face-to-face.
- Manage and update digital content, supporting website maintenance, SEO optimisation and social media activities.
- Support the creation and adaptation of marketing materials, including product sheets, presentations, invitations, promotional campaigns and corporate materials.
- Collaborate in the organisation and execution of events, fairs, meetings and promotional activities, coordinating logistics, materials and communications.
- Support the management and follow-up of strategic projects and digital tools within the department.
- Collect, analyse and interpret market, business and customer information to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, analyses and dashboards to support the monitoring of commercial and marketing activity.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy or related fields.
- Be able to sign an internship agreement with a university or business school.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, website content management and social media.




- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with data. Knowledge of Power BI , Qlik or other data visualisation tools will be a plus.
- Analytical, organised, proactive and results-oriented profile.
- Ability to manage different tasks simultaneously and work autonomously.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team within an international environment.
- Agronomic knowledge will be highly valued , including academic background or experience related to crops, plant protection, plant nutrition, sustainable agriculture or agricultural markets.
- Interest in innovation, digitalisation and agricultural business development.
