Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Technician role based in Madrid.

The Mechanical

Technician will perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring accurate documentation of all work performed. The role involves collaborating with service advisors and other team members to provide reliable technical support and timely service to customers.





The Mechanical

Technician is expected to follow safety procedures, use diagnostic equipment effectively, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workshop.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance, including routine checks, servicing, and use of diagnostic tools.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance, scheduling, and execution of maintenance plans to reduce downtime.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to quickly identify mechanical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair, including component replacement, adjustments, and system testing.
- Solid general Maintenance skills across automotive systems such as engines, brakes, suspensions, and electronics.
- Technical education or certification in automotive mechanics or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and repair instructions.
- Commitment to safety standards, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a workshop environment.
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service center is an advantage.
