The position is based in Barcelona and offers the unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of a fast-paced product environment and a large-scale local delivery platform.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable Android solutions that enhance customer experience, reliability, and operational excellence across multiple regions and brands.ResponsibilitiesYour mission includes:Leading an established Android engineering team, guiding day-to-day development and long-term growth.Taking ownership of technical decisions while fostering collaborative problem-solving.Ensuring code quality, testing standards, engineering best practices and overall performance.Driving the execution of product increments in short, value-focused iterations.Maintaining a high-reliability, low-latency, high-throughput system used in 60+ countries across the company brands.Providing technical direction together with Product, designing scalable and feasible solutions aligned with business needs.Managing and monitoring team metrics and KPIs,
