Leading European bioanalytical CRO based in Barcelona (Spain), which provides bioanalytical services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries worldwide, looking for its Central Lab Department:Junior Project Coordinator Main Responsibilities:1) Project Coordination & Client Interaction:Assist in coordinating Central Lab projects within clinical trials.Communicate with clients, CROs, and clinical centres to ensure requirements are met.Oversee the preparation of clinical trial kits and related materials.2) Sample & Logistics Management:Coordinate the shipment of biological samples with clients, CROs, and clinical centres.Liaise with courier services, manage queries, resolve incidents, and obtain necessary import-export permits.3) Orders & Supplier Management:Manage orders and suppliers, including placing orders, following up, and reviewing received items.4) Documentation & Compliance:Prepare and maintain Central Lab technical documentation (e.g., Lab Manuals,
