As a Mobile Tech Lead within the Global Custom Software Solutions team, you will play a key role in defining the technical direction of PPG's multi-brand mobile platform while leading the development of scalable, high-quality applications across iOS and Android.This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architecture, mentoring and cross-functional collaboration responsibilities. You will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, UX Designers, QA Engineers, Security and DevOps teams to deliver innovative mobile solutions that enhance customer experiences across multiple regions and markets.You will drive engineering excellence, establish development standards and ensure the mobile platform continues to evolve to support new business capabilities, brands and digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Own and drive the technical direction of PPG's multi-brand mobile platform supporting more than 10 global brands across multiple backend ecosystemsLead the analysis of business, functional and technical requirements and translate them into scalable mobile solutionsGuide architecture and design decisions to ensure maintainability, scalability, security and performance across iOS and Android applicationsDefine and promote mobile engineering standards, development practices and quality expectations across the teamMentor developers through technical coaching, knowledge sharing, code reviews and day-to-day guidancePartner closely with Product, Architecture, Security, QA and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycleIntegrate mobile solutions with enterprise services including authentication, analytics, search, notifications and e-commerce platformsMaintain and improve CI/CD pipelines supporting mobile application build, signing, testing and distribution processesLead troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues spanning shared code, platform-specific implementations and device-specific behaviorEnsure compliance with security standards, privacy requirements and mobile marketplace policiesSupport production releases, monitor application health and drive continuous improvements in reliability and performanceEvaluate emerging technologies, frameworks and AI-powered engineering capabilities to improve developer experience and platform effectivenessContribute to technical roadmaps and help align technology decisions with business objectives and customer needsRequirements:7+ years of professional experience building enterprise mobile applications, with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Solution Architecture roleStrong experience developing mobile applications using .NET MAUI, Xamarin, Flutter, React Native,
