We are looking for a driven and analytical Maintenance Engineer to strengthen our operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our utility installations and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and optimize maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and RCM)
- Ensure continuity and quality of maintenance processes
- Identify and implement performance improvements for utility systems
- Define and manage critical spare parts lists
- Support Root Cause Analyses (RCA) following equipment breakdowns
- Act as owner and executor of Management of Change (MOC) processes
- Serve as the technical point of contact for installation modifications and renewals
- Contribute to tender processes and supplier selection for maintenance services
- Document technical standards and continuously improve work processes
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Energy Technology, or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers)
- Experience with RCM, RCA, and performance management methodologies
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (working language on-site)
- Good command of English (reporting and international communication)

- Experience with SAP PM
