We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support and expand our business in Spain, with a focus on providing expert advice and solutions to customers in the electrical engineering sector.Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage with potential new clients across SpainDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsConduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new business opportunitiesWork with clients aiming for project-specific solutionsOrganise and lead product demonstrations and technical training sessionsRepresent the company at trade fairs and industry-specific eventsLead the business in Spain in cooperation with the Company Headquarters and work with a small teamWhat We're Looking ForA completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (Bachelor, Master or equivalent)Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in direct sales within a similar industryStrategic,



entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamSelf-driven with a high sense of personal responsibilityStrong interpersonal skills and a consultative sales approachFluent Spanish (native level) and strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plusBased in Madrid or in Northern/Central SpainWillingness to frequent travel within Spain (approx. 60%) and occasionally across EuropePossession of a valid Category B driving licenceWhy Join Us?
