Monitor the progress of the cost plan, master schedule, and risk register to ensure accurate forecasts.Leadership and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors through effective communication strategies and meetings.Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System by managing inspections, snag lists, and customized workflows in real time.Reporting: Prepare monthly status reports for the client and Operations Management, ensuring full transparency.QualificationsDegree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or ArchitectureA minimum of 7 years project management experience, gained within a technical complex environmentA thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project reviewExcellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniquesAbility to thrive in a high pressure,
