Reporting directly to the CMO, you will take 100% ownership of our paid social ad pipeline, producing high-volume, high-converting video ads (TikTok, Reels, and adult platform pre-rolls) for our virtual companion products.This is an AI-mandatory workflow: you will use Generative AI as your primary leverage tool to generate assets that don't yet exist and pivot instantly based on performance KPIs (CTR, CR).What You’ll DoAI-Native Production: Use tools like Midjourney, Runway, KlingAI, and ElevenLabs daily to generate custom B-roll, AI characters, face-swaps, and voiceovers.High-Velocity Iteration: Create multiple high-quality ad variations per week, masterfully manipulating the Hook-Body-CTA framework to stop the scroll.Data-Driven Editing: Analyze user retention graphs. If an ad drops off, you don't tweak it—you kill it, pivot, and cut a fresh version immediately.End-to-End Autonomy: Manage your own pipeline independently, including motion graphics (After Effects), advanced sound design,



and color grading.Who You Are 100% NSFW Comfort: You have zero hesitation working daily with adult entertainment and explicit creatives. Prior experience in the Adult, Dating, iGaming, or Gaming industries is a massive plus.Performance-Driven Portfolio: A proven track record of high-converting paid social or direct-response ads. Cinematic-only or corporate-only portfolios will be automatically rejected.AI Fluency: Prompt engineering is core to your current daily editing workflow.
