Contemporary Star Energy is a joint venture created by Stellantis and CATL to advance affordable and sustainable electric mobility in Europe. Bringing together general automotive leadership and next-generation battery innovation, we lead the evolution of cleaner and smarter mobility. Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production.
Strategically located next to Stellantis´ plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.

We are looking for a Quality Culture Technician, who will help drive and strengthen the quality culture within our company, ensuring that employees are aware of, understand, and apply quality and safety standards in their day-to-day work.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Plan and coordinate annual activities related to quality culture, including communication campaigns, local promotional activities and online initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and expense reimbursements related to quality activities.
- Support the engineering team in organizing activities aimed at strengthening employees’ quality awareness and culture.
- Coordinate administrative and logistical activities related to personnel, attendance,
materials and compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Support the preparation, implementation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring appropriate allocation and efficient use of resources.
- Support internal and external safety audits, safety inspections and investigations, as well as the organization of safety training and regular practical drills.
- Assist with KPI monitoring, including data collection, consolidation and follow-up, progress tracking and system data updates.
- Coordinate internal and external communications with relevant departments, institutions and external stakeholders.
- Support the identification and follow-up of quality, safety and process improvement actions.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- High level of English (C1) and Spanish.
- Fluency in the Chinese language would be highly valued.
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality department
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Required on-site working availability at our offices based in Zaragoza.
