ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Assistant to support the chefs in the daily operation by ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organized, and well-prepared for service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist chefs with basic food preparation.
Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and other ingredients.
Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift.
Wash kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes.
Receive, unpack, and store deliveries.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
Support the kitchen team with other daily operational tasks when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
English required (intermediate). Spanish valued.
EU passport or valid work permit
