As a Senior Consultant within Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) EurAsia, you will lead the development and scaling of knowledge management and AI-enabled capabilities across the consulting community while supporting healthcare transformation initiatives. IHS works with hospitals, payers, and health systems to improve care delivery through consulting,



process excellence, managed services, and care pathway management. In this role, you will transform consulting methodologies, project learnings, and customer insights into scalable knowledge assets, standardized approaches, and AI-ready content that strengthen delivery quality and business impact across the region. This is a remote role within Western Europe and includes approximately 30% travel.
